They need manage their own internal projects, and also demonstrate progress against the pledge.

Solution

Open Word creates a secure, on-line plan for each organization. In addition, an automated plan is created for the pledge-related activity.

Organization 02's plan

Organization 02 can see the initiatives it owns. One is related to the humanitarian pledge, the other is not.

Organization 04's plan

Organization 04 can see the initiatives it owns. One is related to the humanitarian pledge, the other is not.

Pledges plan

The Pledges plan only shows the initiatives from each organization that are related to the humanitarian pledge.
