Unity: Global KPIs

Unity can give you clear visibility of your global KPIs, on any basis you choose.

Setting the scene

Your twenty-year strategic plan runs from 2026 to 2045.

You want to review the performance of a key HR process: recruitment. Specifically, you are in the effectiveness of your global advertising to potential candidates in Country 002 and Country 004 in 2026, indicator HR-D1-I1.

Drill to the regions

You drill to the regions.

Drill to the indicator

You drill to the indicator HR-D1-I1 with a few simple clicks.

Expand to the countries

You then expand to the countries you are interested in, Country 002 and Country 004.
